I like to eat this in summer. One of our local ways of eating, vegetables are steamed with flour, mixed with garlic juice and so on.

Fennel is Bitter

1. Fennel picking old roots, washing and controlling water

2. Cut into inch segments

3. Add salt and five-spice powder and mix well

4. Add flour in small amounts, divided into portions

5. Don't join at once to avoid lumps

6. Until all the vegetables are covered with flour

7. Add water to a boil in the steamer, shake and add the fennel, cover the high heat, and steam for five minutes

8. Prepare the dipping sauce: smash the garlic into a garlic paste with salt

9. Add light soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil to make a bowl of juice

10. Spicy oil, production method: https://www.meishij.net/zuofa/zizhiwannenglajiaoyou.html

11. Ground peanuts, roast or deep-fried peanuts

12. The steamed fennel is taken out of the pot immediately, poured into a basin and shaken, and then it can be mixed or dipped.

Tips:

1. The flour should be added slowly, not at once to avoid lumps.
2. Boil the water to steam for five minutes and immediately take it out of the pot to prevent the vegetables from discoloring.
