Every time he asks his son what you want to eat today, he always says whatever you want! Actually, I don’t know what to eat! I found a recipe book and asked my son to order food. The snack food loves peanuts, so I made this peanut trotters!

Fermented Bean Curd and Peanut Trotters

1. Buy the pig's trotters, clean the hair and wash it

2. Peanut wash clean foam hair

3. Put the trotters into the pot and add water to boil the bleeding foam, remove and wash and control dry

4. Stir-fry rock sugar with a little water and turn into amber color

5. Put the pork knuckles and stir fry to coat with sugar

6. Pour peanuts and peanuts in water

7. Add fermented bean curd, light soy sauce, and salt, mix well, boil over high heat and simmer for 1 hour

8. Put the coriander and mix well until the soup is thick

Tips:

You don’t need to fry the sugar color, but the color is not so red and bright!
It can be done in a pressure cooker for a shorter time!
