Fermented Bean Curd Cauliflower

1. Cauliflower, divided into small flowers.

2. Soak the cauliflower in salt water for 15 minutes.

3. Soak well and rinse off.

4. Add water to the pot and boil on high heat.

5. After boiling, pour the cauliflower.

6. Blanch for 1.5 minutes and remove.

7. Put the cauliflower into the cold white boil.
