Fermented Bean Curd Potatoes

Peel potatoes, wash and cut into hob pieces;

Add red fermented bean curd, a tablespoon of red fermented bean curd juice, add a few drops of soy sauce, and stir well;

PS:
1. Cut the potatoes a little bit smaller, which makes them easier to cook.
2. Because fermented bean curd and soy sauce have a salty taste, I usually have a light mouth, so I don't add salt. If you like salty taste, you can add less salt.
