Fig Pork Belly Chicken Soup
1.
Wash the pork belly three or four times with cornstarch until it is clean
2.
The water in the pot is opened, and the pork belly and ginger slices are poured into the cooking wine.
3.
Cut the chicken into pieces, wash it, put it in the pot, remove it in blood, and set aside
4.
Cut the pork belly in half, wash other ingredients and set aside
5.
Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, and put all the ingredients in the pot, except the wolfberry. Turn to low heat and simmer for one and a half hours after boiling on high heat for ten minutes, then add goji berries and boil for another half hour
6.
After two hours, pick up the pork belly and slice it, put it back in the pot, add appropriate amount of white pepper and salt to taste and simmer for another half an hour. If you like to cut the pork belly for nothing, you don’t need to put it back in the pot, just cut it into pieces.
7.
I just cut it into pieces and dipped it in soy sauce, it tastes very good
Tips:
When boiling the soup, put ginger slices together, simmer on low heat, and wash the pork belly, otherwise it will have a fishy smell
