Fish-flavored Meatballs
1.
Meatballs (see my recipe "Fragrant Fried Meatballs" for specific methods)

Chop green onion, ginger and garlic, add all seasonings except Chinese pepper, and mix thoroughly to form a fish-flavored sauce
3.
Heat oil in wok and turn off heat
4.
Put the pepper in the small fire and fry to get the fragrance and remove
5.
Pour the fish flavored sauce and boil
6.
Pour meatballs
7.
Stir well
8.
Bring to a small fire until it is colored, and the soup will thicken and be out of the pot
