Fish-flavored Prawns

Wash the Jiwei shrimp and marinate it with cooking wine for 10 minutes

Ginger and shallots, shredded and prepared

Add sugar, soy sauce and vinegar to starch and mix well. The ratio I use is 1:1:2

Heat up the wok, heat up the oil, add the Jiwei prawns and fry until both sides are red
5.
Add a bowl of water, add salt and ginger, simmer for 5 minutes
6.
When the water is almost simmering, pour in the juice and scallions and stir fry out.
