Fish-flavored Prawns

Prepare all materials

Remove the head of the prawns, remove the shrimp tendons, open the back, wash clean, cut the green and red peppers, prepare a bowl of juice: water starch, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil

Tips:
1. The prawns should be deep-fried, easy to cook, and can save a little oil. Fry them over the noodles;
2. The proportion of seasoning in the water starch can be modified by yourself. If you are willing to eat sour, put more vinegar, and if you are willing to eat spicy, you can fried chili.
