Fish Head Seaweed Soup

1. Wash the fish head and avoid the middle.

2. Cut green onion into sections and slice ginger

3. Wash the kelp and cut into silk.

4. Add a small amount of oil to the pan, add the fish head and fry until the fish head changes color.

5. Cook into the cooking wine, add the right amount of water and green onion ginger.

6. Bring to a boil until the soup turns white.

7. Add the kelp shreds and reduce the heat to a simmer for 30 minutes.

8. Add salt chicken essence and pepper to taste.
