Fish Head Soup

Wash the fish head and drain the water.

Put ginger slices in a frying pan and burst into the fish head.
3.
Fry until both sides are slightly yellow, add wine and water, cover and cook for 15 minutes until the soup is white.

Add salt, pepper, and chicken essence.
5.
Add vinegar black beans and garlic leaves to boil, add chopped pepper.
