Fish in Hot and Sour Soup

Wash the fish pieces, then add appropriate amount of cooking wine, salt, white pepper, and egg white, mix well, and marinate for 20 minutes.

Shred the ginger, slice the garlic, and cut the pepper into sections, put them in the pot and sauté.

Slice the tomatoes and stir-fry in the pot

After stir-frying, add two large bowls of water, then season with salt and chicken essence, and then add a spoonful of lard to boil.

After the soup is boiled, put the fish bones in the meat and boil for 5 minutes, then put the fish fillets and boil for 5 to 8 minutes. Turn off the heat.

After turning off the heat, shovel the fish out, then cut the green onions into sections, put them on top of the fish, and then pour the soup into a bowl.
