Fish in Onion Vinegar

1. Peel the onions and wash them.

2. Prepare green onion, ginger and garlic

3. Cut the silver carp to the scales (I let the seller do this step, hehe), wash and cut into fish fillets.

4. Wash the onion and cut into pieces.

5. Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pan, add the fish fillets and stir fry.

6. When the fish fillet changes color, add cooking wine, green onion, ginger, garlic and appropriate amount of water, and cook for a while.

7. Then, add onion chunks and stir fry.

8. Add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce, add some water, and cook.

9. Add vinegar, and finally thicken the starch with water, then take it out of the pot.
