Five Chives Pancakes

Add the chopped green onions, thirteen spices and salt to the flour and mix.

Pour in the milk and stir evenly while pouring. (Hey~ It has become a habit to make pasta and put milk in it recently)

Knead into a smooth dough.

Roll into long strips, pull them into noodles of the same size, reunite separately and relax slightly for a few minutes.

Take a dough and press it into a thin dough sheet, and evenly brush it with a layer of oil.

Roll up from one end inward.
