Five-color Health Cauliflower

1. Cut the cauliflower into small flowers, blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes, remove and set aside, and blanch carrot slices and black fungus in the remaining water.

2. Beef balls and peppercorns, cut well and set aside.

3. Heat the oil and sauté the garlic, red Thai pepper and then add carrots and beef balls to quickly fry until fragrant.

4. Add sesame pepper and stir-fry for half a minute, then add cauliflower, stir fry evenly with soy sauce and oil consumption.
