Five-color Yuba with Ginger Juice

Prepare all the ingredients.

Wash yuba and cut into diagonal sections, celery into sections, fungus, carrots, and red peppers.

Boil the water in the pot, add the yuba and blanch it to cool.

Then add carrots and fungus, blanch and cool.

Drain all the ingredients and put them in a large bowl, add salt.

Add sugar.

Add light soy sauce.

Add balsamic vinegar.

Add ginger juice and mix evenly for 5 minutes.
