Five Egg Cakes

Soak the fungus, drain and chop for later

Dice carrots, ham, green cabbage and set aside

Stir fry all the ingredients (the fungus should also be added to it, forgot to take the photo of the stir fry)

Mix the stir-fried ingredients and eggs well

Spread evenly in a pan, like usual omelette, fry through low heat

Fry it on one side and turn it over to complete

Divide into small pieces into the plate, complete

Just drizzle with tomato sauce and enjoy it!
Tips:
During the frying process, gently shake the pan, so that the whole omelet can be heated evenly, and it will be easier to form and fry!
