Five Egg Fried Rice

Prepare ingredients: rice, eggs, carrots, sweet beans, chives, etc.

Wash the sweet beans and drain the water. Peel the carrots and cut into cubes. They are about the same size as sweet beans.

Open the eggs, remove the shells, and adjust evenly; use ceramic or glass bowls for egg bowls.

Heat the pan, pour the oil, fry the cooked eggs over a medium-to-low heat, and start the pan.

There is oil in the pot, no need to add oil, pour sweet beans and carrots and stir fry.

When the carrots and sweet beans are cooked, add rice.

Stir-fry rice with sweet beans and carrots. When you can hear the rice baba, add egg and stir fry.

Add salt and chives and stir fry. If you like soy sauce, you can add some soy sauce. I didn't add soy sauce.
Tips:
1. Don't fire too much when scrambled eggs.
2. Carrots are about the same size as sweet beans, so they can be cooked together.
3. When frying rice, the rice grains must dance in the pot to make it delicious.
