Five Egg Fried Rice

Prepare ingredients.

Cut carrots into small cubes and cucumber into small cubes.

Dice the fungus.

Prepare green onion and ginger, chopped.

Heat the pan and put the oil, beat an egg, and use chopsticks to quickly stir it into broken eggs.

Add chopped carrots and stir fry.

Tips:
The leftover rice will be a bit hard and stick together, so there is no need to stir it up specially. The rice will be scattered when it is slightly pressed down with a spatula during the heating process.
