Five Fingers Peach Pork Bone

Red dates are pitted.

Soak five-finger hair peaches in cold water for 15 minutes to cut or cut short.

Boil water in a pot. After the water is boiled, add the pork bones and blanch for 1 minute, remove and rinse to remove any foam.
