Five Flavor Dried Silk

Slice three slices of dried tofu horizontally, and cut into filaments.

Blanch the cut bean shreds in boiling water for two or three minutes to get rid of the beany smell.

Drain the shredded beans and place them in the center of the plate.
4.
Place mustard shreds around.
5.
Put on the shredded ham again.
6.
Put on the cooked chicken shreds.
7.
Top with shredded carrots and parsley.
8.
Pour a bowl of juice mixed with soy sauce, salt, sesame oil, and sugar.
9.
Mix thoroughly when eating.
Tips:
1. Dried tofu must be blanched thoroughly to get rid of the beany flavor.
2. Pour the dried tofu while it is still hot, so that it will be delicious and make the dried tofu have no beany flavor.
