Five Ring Flower-shaped Bread

In the order of liquid first, then powder, pour milk, egg liquid, sugar and salt diagonally, then pour powdered milk and flour, and put yeast on top of the flour

Put the bread bucket into the Dongling JD08 bread machine, select the kneading program for 10 minutes

At the end of the first kneading, add butter into small pieces and continue kneading for 15 minutes. To make this kind of bread, there is no need to knead out the state of the glove film, and to the expansion stage.

Take out the kneaded dough, divide it into 11 equal parts, knead it round, cover with plastic wrap, and let it relax for 15 minutes

Roll out into an oval shape, turn it over, smooth side down

Thin one of the long sides with your fingers

Roll up from top to bottom, rub it long

Tie a single knot, as shown in the figure

Tuck the long end into the knot and pinch both ends to form a five-ring flower shape

Put it in 6 continuous molds, so that the baked shape will look better. If there is no mold, it can be baked directly on the baking tray. Put it in the oven, and place a bowl of warm water to make the inside of the oven reach a certain humidity. Use the oven's fermentation stall to ferment to twice the size. The oven without fermentation function needs to change hot water frequently to reach the right temperature

The surface of the fermented bread embryo is brushed with a layer of whole egg liquid, and placed in a 12L Dongling 3706 small oven that has been preheated to 185 degrees, and bake for about 15 minutes. The actual baking temperature depends on the temper of your own oven. After baking, take out the bread and place it on a drying rack to cool. Uneaten bread can be stored in a fresh-keeping bag and sealed at room temperature to prevent it from drying out.
