Five-sided Braised Noodles

Homemade noodles, steam for 10 minutes in the pot, take out and set aside.

Peel the tomatoes, shred the onion, garden cabbage, and pleurotus eryngii, and cut the cowpea into sections.

Heat the pan with cold oil.

Saute the shredded onion.
