Five Willow Sweet and Sour Fish

Cut the green onion into sections

Add vegetable oil to the pot, heat it over medium-high heat, and fry the fish until golden on each side.

Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pot, heat it over medium heat, stir-fry the shallots and add the sauce

Add 100 ml of water and corn starch water (mix 1 tablespoon corn starch with 2 tablespoons of water), and cook the sauce until thick.

Pour the sauce on the fish before serving, and it's ready!
Tips:
Cornflour or cornstarch, wrap it more comprehensively, put more oil, and it will be golden brown when fried. You can make more Wuliu sauce. The second cooking method: You don’t need to deep-fry the fish so well that it turns golden brown. After cooking the sauce, wrap the fish and sauce with tin foil and put it in the microwave or oven. For the oven, I use Vantage KJD611-03 model oven and microwave oven W70-B20A model, I think it's pretty good. When wrapping with tin foil, the opening should be upward to prevent loss of umami.
