Flammulina Velutipes

Take a handful of enoki mushrooms and remove the roots.

Put it in a basin and wash.
3.
Bring water to a boil in the pot, add enoki mushrooms and slightly hot.

Immediately remove it in cold water and take a shower.
5.
Add 2 grams of vinegar to the bowl, about 5 grams of light soy sauce, and adjust the amount of salt to make a juice.

Put the cold enoki mushrooms on the plate, and pour the sauce onto the enoki mushrooms.

Top with chili oil and serve as enoki mushrooms in red oil. . . . .
Tips:
When the enoki mushroom is hot, it must be short and put in cold water quickly, otherwise it won't have a crispy taste.
