#信之美# Flavored Egg Baked Rice

Prepare ingredients: leftover rice, shiitake mushrooms, cucumbers, eryngii mushrooms, eggs, mozzarella cheese, garlic sausage;

Dice pleurotus eryngii, shiitake mushrooms, grilled sausages, and cucumbers; chopped green onions;

After the wok heats up, pour in an appropriate amount of vegetable oil and heat it up again;

Add eryngii mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms and stir fry;

Add the garlic sausage and continue to stir fry;

Put in cucumber

Add the leftover rice that has been mashed in advance and stir fry;

Mix in Chobe salad sauce;

Add freshly ground black pepper, oregano leaves, basil, parsley, stir fry evenly and turn off the heat;

Take out the rice and put it into a baking bowl; leave an egg-sized space in the middle;

Knock in an egg; use a toothpick to poke holes in the yolk;

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the rice;

Preheat the oven up and down at 180 degrees, and set the baking time to 15 minutes;

After the oven is preheated, put the baking bowl into the middle of the oven, close the oven door, and bake for 15 minutes;

Put on heat-insulating gloves, take out the baked rice and sprinkle with chopped green onion while it is hot.
Tips:
1. The ingredients can be adjusted according to your preferences;
2. I didn't add salt to this baked rice, but it tastes good;
