Flavored Grilled Pork Chop

Wash the pork tenderloin, cut off the fascia, cut into 1 cm thick slices, pat loosely with a knife

Add salt, black pepper, cooking wine, cumin powder, soy sauce, chili sauce, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes

Line the baking tray with tin foil and brush the oil, and place the tenderloin slices on top

Preheat the oven, the upper and lower pipes are 210 degrees, into the middle layer and bake for 6 minutes

Turn it over, sprinkle with sesame seeds, put it back into the oven at 210 degrees, bake for 4 minutes and serve
