Flaxseed Toast

Pour the flax seeds into the pot, fry them over medium heat and let cool

Then pour into the wall breaker and stir into flaxseed powder

For the second fermentation, enter the oven to use the fermentation program, put a pot of warm water under it, ferment to 8-9 minutes and brush with milk (note; this milk is not included in the ingredients)

After preheating the oven at 175 degrees, bake the penultimate layer for 40 minutes, then cover with tin foil after 20 minutes

Tips:
1. The temperature and time of the oven should be set according to your own oven
2. Different brands of flour absorb water differently. Do not pour milk all at once.
3. Because of adding flaxseed flour, the dough was wet when first mixing
4. I don’t like to eat too sweet, so I only added 18 grams of sugar and adjusted it according to my own taste.
