Flaxseed is known as the brain gold in food. It is the best way for the human body to absorb it after being fried and ground into a powder with a wall-breaking machine. For this flaxseed toast, I made it twice. I really can’t care about the fermentation in the summer. I made it over it accidentally. This is the second time I made it. It only took 40 minutes for each toast, so you should keep it at your own room temperature. Fermentation time is the wisest choice.

1. Pour the flax seeds into the pot, fry them over medium heat and let cool

12. After preheating the oven at 175 degrees, bake the penultimate layer for 40 minutes, then cover with tin foil after 20 minutes

Tips:

1. The temperature and time of the oven should be set according to your own oven
2. Different brands of flour absorb water differently. Do not pour milk all at once.
3. Because of adding flaxseed flour, the dough was wet when first mixing
4. I don’t like to eat too sweet, so I only added 18 grams of sugar and adjusted it according to my own taste.
