Flossy Rice with Floss

1. Rice and water are cooked in a ratio of 1:1.5. While the rice is hot, add salt, sugar and vinegar and mix well.

2. The peas are blanched and the shrimp is blanched.

3. Cut seaweed to a moderate length, and stick rice grains at the joints.

4. Stuff the rice and compact it.

5. Sprinkle with pork floss and top with shrimps.
