Flower Bud Celery Steamed

All ingredients, minced pork and celery are minced

Ground pork, celery, cornstarch and seasoning salt, ginger powder, sugar, wine, soy sauce, and oyster sauce are placed in a bowl

Mix all the ingredients well, if you think it is too dry, you can add some water. It will be easier to handle when steaming.

Fold 5 or 6 dumpling wrappers together as shown in the picture. Spread some water on the joints and spread the celery meat filling in the middle

Roll up the dumpling wrapper from the outside to the inside. If it is not loose or not tight, fold the bottom and insert it with a toothpick to fix it.

Spray some water on the dried celery steamed with buds. It doesn’t matter if you have more, then put it in the steamer and steam it on high heat for 20 minutes.

Steamed dried celery with buds does not look like a white rose in bud, it may look more tender with some water drops; just add some personal favorite sauce when you eat it.
