Flower Cucumber

Cut the cucumber into sections. Then wash.

Scrape out the flakes with a spatula. (Use a knife to cut without a spatula, I also cut with a knife) Let salt and marinate for a while.

Finely chop dried chili. Finely chop garlic.

Add the aged vinegar. soy sauce. A small amount of warm white open. (Otherwise, it's too salty) Appropriate amount of sesame oil (if you like sesame oil, add sesame oil)

Put the cucumber in a shape you like.

Just drizzle with the juice.
Tips:
If you don't have sesame oil and sesame oil, it's the same if you just put the cooking oil on it and heat it in a pot.
