Flower-like Pasta: Little Bee Buns

Yellow dough production: 200 grams of flour, 110 grams of pumpkin, 10 grams of sugar, 2 grams of yeast. Mix and knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment.

White and brown dough production: Take 100 grams of flour, 60 grams of water and 1.5 grams of yeast, mix and knead into a smooth dough, then divide the white dough into two parts, add 1 gram of cocoa powder to one part and knead evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment.

Take the yellow dough and knead it evenly and cut it into 10 equal parts.

Roll the brown dough into sheets and cut into strips.

The sticky noodles are decorated with stripes of little bees. The eyes are pressed out with a round piping mouth or straw, and glued on.

Tips:
The dough for making steamed buns must be fully kneaded and the finished product will be smooth and beautiful. Steamed buns or buns in cold water are generally boiled on high heat and then turned off for 5 to 8 minutes. Remember to be stuffy for 5 minutes before opening the lid, otherwise the temperature difference between inside and outside will cause the finished product to wrinkle.
