Flower Sausage Bread
1.
Ingredients: 300 grams of bread flour (20 pieces in a 24-inch oven), 2 eggs, 150 grams of milk, 35 grams of butter, 3 grams of salt, 3 grams of yeast, 40 grams of sugar; 20 Taiwanese small sausages.
2.
1 egg, milk, sugar, and salt are first added to the bucket of the bread machine to stir the sugar to dissolve.
3.
Then add the flour, put the yeast on the flour, and start the (quick) kneading program.
4.
After a program is over, pour the melted butter and continue to start the quick dough mixing program.
5.
It is enough to ferment the dough to double its size.
6.
Divide the dough into 10 equal parts (without venting and kneading too much).
7.
Peel the small sausage and cut a cross knife at one end to form a flower stamen shape.
8.
All sorted small sausages.
9.
Take a piece of dough and roll it into a dough sheet, and put the sausage on one end and both sides.
10.
Roll into a roll.
11.
Cut into two sections in the middle.
12.
Arrange into a flower-shaped bread embryo and put it in a baking tray, cover it with plastic wrap and ferment.
13.
The bread embryo is fermented to double its size, another egg is beaten into egg liquid, and the surface of the bread embryo is brushed with a layer of whole egg liquid.
14.
Set the middle level of the oven to 170 degrees for 20 minutes. Cover the top of the bread dough with aluminum foil. After 15 minutes, quickly remove the aluminum foil and turn off the oven again.
15.
Remove the bakeware at the end of the program.
