Mix flour, baking powder, soda noodles, and salt evenly.

Tips:
1. The traditional coke ring is made of salt, alkali and alum, and lead-free baking powder is used instead of alum, which is healthier.
2. Taking a pound of flour as an example, 40-50 coke rings can be fried.
3. Mix the noodles with warm water to make the baking powder full and crispy.
4. The dough should be kneaded every hour during the process of making 饧, so that the fried coke rings are more crispy.
5. After the dough is made, it should be fried in a frying pan immediately, because the dough of Hufa is relatively soft and will collapse after a long time.
