Foil Potato Chips

Peel the potatoes, cut into 2.5 mm thick slices, and soak in water

Preparation: Cut minced garlic, chop the spicy millet into small sections, mix well with soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar and appropriate amount of water. Put the potato chips into the tin carton and sprinkle the minced garlic, the millet is spicy, and pour the juice into the tin carton.

Seal the tin box and put it in the oven at 200°C and bake it for about 20 minutes. You can add chopped green onion to garnish after serving.
Tips:
Potato chips are not easy to be too thin or too thick.
