Fondant Birthday Cake
1.
Separate the egg yolk and protein into a dry mixing bowl. Add 30 grams of fine sugar, corn oil and water to the egg yolk and stir, and stir evenly after each addition.
2.
Add a low-flour spatula and mix until there is no dry powder. You can also use a manual whisk to slide left and right, in short, don't draw circles.
3.
Add the whipped egg white powder to the egg yolk paste and stir evenly. The action is like writing a capital J.
4.
Add a few drops of white vinegar and 35 grams of granulated sugar to the egg whites, start the cook machine at gear 3 for 3 minutes and then adjust it to gear 5 for about 5 minutes, and then add 35 grams of granulated sugar. Continue to beat until dry and foaming for 7 minutes.
5.
Pour the cake batter into the 8-inch round cake mold 7 or 8 minutes full, pour the rest into the square baking pan, and spread oil paper on the baking pan.
6.
Put the round mold into the Baicui PE5386 electronic oven, preheat, and heat up and down at 140 degrees for 60 minutes. Put the square baking tray into another oven at 170°C for 25 minutes.
7.
After being out of the oven, they are all inverted and released from the mold. Just tear off the oily paper from the cake slices.
8.
Put 10 grams of fine sugar on the whipped cream and beat the canned yellow peach into dice. Cut the eight-inch cake into two slices. Spread a layer of cream, spread a layer of yellow peach, and then a layer of cream. Cover with another slice and keep it as it is.
9.
Knead the fondant cream for a while to soften, take a piece of the original color and roll it into a circle 1.5 times the diameter of the cake, and place it on the cake. The skirt is naturally wrinkled like a tablecloth.
10.
Take two small pieces of fondant paste, add blue and red and yellow respectively, and knead them into blue and orange fondant. Roll out the blue buckle to make the pattern, add a little orange flower heart, stand around the cake skirt.
11.
Cut the cake into two rectangles, put the cream in the middle and stack them together, and cut a long white fondant to surround the four sides. Then paste it with orange leather, like a book cover.
12.
Cut the remaining blue fondant into thin strips at will, stick it on the white fondant skin and roll it flat, make a notebook with lettering on the cover.
13.
The cake is ready, the eldest son’s 13th birthday cake.
14.
12th birthday cake, football cake.
15.
11th birthday cake, bear cake.
16.
Make a pious wish and wish all the best.
17.
May you always enjoy the sweetness of life so much.
Tips:
Fondant is very hard to use in winter, so you can knead it for a while. When rolling, you can sift a little powdered sugar on the surface, and when you knead, you can touch a little white oil.
