Fondant Double Cake

Separate egg whites and egg yolks!

Add the sugar and stir until all the sugar is melted!

Pour in water and oil, and stir until there are no oil stars!

Sift in the flour and cocoa powder!

Stir evenly, no particles!

The egg whites are dripped into white vinegar and sugar, and beaten until hard foaming!

Pour the egg whites into the egg yolk paste twice!

Then pour the remaining egg whites into the egg yolk paste!

Then pour it into the mold, shake a few bubbles, and then preheat it at 180°C and bake it for 50 minutes in the middle layer at 150°!

Take out the white fondant paste, knead out tenacity and roll it out!

Then cover the baked cake and flatten it!

Remove excess fondant!

Wrap it with ribbons, and make a small fondant cake in the same way!

Take another piece of white fondant cream, add two drops of pink pigment, knead the color evenly, roll it out into thin slices, and then engrave the flower shape with a rose shape!

Then use a round mold stick to make the lace thinner, as shown in the picture!

Use a small piece of fondant paste to make a heart shape, then insert it on a toothpick, and then surround the lace!

Two layers of small flowers are fine. After enclosing them, arrange them a little, and then stick them to the cake with water. Use pink fondant cream to enclose the top layer of fondant cake, and place the fondant roses on it!
