For Dad~claypot Fish Head Tofu

Clean the fish head from the scales and the black membrane inside the abdomen, and marinate it with cooking wine and light soy sauce for 10 minutes.

Cut the ginger into sections, slice the garlic, shred the cucumber, and cut the tofu into pieces.

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, add the garlic slices and saute.

Rinse the marinated fish head with clean water, and then use kitchen paper to absorb the moisture on the surface. Then put the fish head flat in the pan and fry.

After frying on one side, turn to the other side and fry for a while.

Wash and dry the casserole, and place the fried fish head on the bottom of the casserole.

Put the sliced ginger and thick soup in a casserole, and add enough water at one time. After the high heat is boiled, turn to a low heat for 30 minutes.

Then put the cut tofu into the casserole and turn to medium heat.
