Fork Bbq Pork Ribs

Wash the ribs and cut into sections.

Finely chop garlic and ginger.

Add 4 tablespoons of Lee Kum Kee barbecued pork sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, appropriate amount of pepper, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and ginger garlic to the ribs.

Grab and mix evenly, marinate for more than 6 hours. (It can also be marinated the night before)

The marinated ribs are placed in the baking dish. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Put the ribs into the middle of the oven and bake them at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.

Finished product.
Tips:
You can marinate the ribs one night in advance, and bake them the next day. The temperature of the oven depends on the individual oven. My oven has been fully cooked in 25 minutes.
