My baby son is clamoring to eat this, without changing the meat, the vegetarian dishes can also be delicious

Four-color Stir-fry

1. Wash the garlic moss and cut into sections

2. Fragrant dried slices

3. Shred carrots

4. Add salt and white pepper to the eggs and beat them evenly

5. Shredded shallots

6. Heat oil in the pot and pour the egg mixture

7. Stir fry into large pieces and serve for later use

8. Add a small amount of oil to the original pan and fry until the surface is slightly yellow and scabs are ready for use

9. Stir-fry shredded green onions in the original pot (no need to add oil)

10. Pour in carrots and stir-fry evenly

11. Pour in the garlic moss and stir well (add a small amount of hot water)

12. Add oyster sauce to taste

13. Pour dried tofu

14. Stir the chopped eggs and get out of the pan

Tips:

1. Add some hot water after adding the garlic moss to make the garlic moss fry tender.
2. The oyster sauce is already very fresh without other seasonings.
