Four-color Stir-fry

Wash the garlic moss and cut into sections

Fragrant dried slices

Shred carrots

Add salt and white pepper to the eggs and beat them evenly

Add oyster sauce to taste

Stir the chopped eggs and get out of the pan
Tips:
1. Add some hot water after adding the garlic moss to make the garlic moss fry tender.
2. The oyster sauce is already very fresh without other seasonings.
