Four-color Toast Bread
1.
Choose the materials. All the materials will still be marked in the picture ☺ (PS: here I suggest adding more flour does not matter, because I myself use a little bit, which causes the dough to be a little thinner, of course, it may also be related to the hot weather)
2.
Pour all the ingredients except butter and red bean paste into the bucket
3.
Here I chose a chef machine (very very easy to use), knead for 25-35 seconds in the first gear, stir for 3-4 minutes in the second gear, and knead for 15 minutes in the 3-4 gear (choose according to your own situation).
4.
Knead until smooth and elastic. (At the beginning, I think the noodles are a little bit thin, so it's a bit thinner. It is recommended to add some flour. Because I only added some flour for subsequent improvements)
5.
Add butter and knead for 3-5 minutes, knead until the dough is smooth. (Please set the time according to your own situation)
6.
Take out the dough and divide it into four evenly (I didn't divide it equally here, so that's why it doesn't look good in appearance, bear with me, and I hope everyone can make it more beautiful). Due to the different fermentation properties of the dough, add cocoa powder, matcha powder, and strawberry powder in order, knead them fully into the dough, and finally knead the original color dough. [PS: When dough, you can directly divide the red bean filling into four parts and knead into the dough]
7.
Fermented in a warm place to 2 times the size
8.
After fermentation, in order: cocoa powder-matcha powder-strawberry powder-original color, flatten the dough, roll it out a little, fold it into a square, and wake up; roll it into a square in sequence, roll it up, and round it.
9.
Put into the mold, the length is 8-9 minutes of the mold, and then ferment until the mold is 8-9 minutes full
10.
Put it in the bottom of the oven, bake at 190°C for 40 minutes, then cool and demould.
11.
Finished product after demolding.
Tips:
The whole process is not difficult, it is a bit time-consuming, and it will be faster if it is a single color. The one I made was basically successful except that I didn't average the dough, which caused it to look a little unsightly. If you like, you can bookmark it as a reference (ᵒ̤̑₀̑ᵒ̤̑).
