Four Seasons Dining Table | Steamed Chicken Wings with Signature Bibimbap Sauce

1. Cut ginger into small pieces

2. Wash chicken wings, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, cooking wine, ginger, cornstarch and stir to moisten

3. Pierce the hole to taste, marinate for 30 minutes

4. Covered with signature bibimbap sauce

5. Put it in a steamer and steam for 20 minutes

6. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve

Tips:
