Sift all the powders together and set aside.

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Roll out the dough into a 0.3 cm thick cake on a surface smeared with flour. Use cookie cutters to cut the dough into the desired shape, then put it on the baking tray, each cookie is spaced 3 cm apart.

Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes. When the biscuits are baked, they look dry, but they feel soft to the touch. Put them on the iron rack to cool down. When the biscuits cool, you can decorate them with your favorite frosting.
