Mix the pie crust materials;

Preheat the oven to 185 degrees, spread a layer of greased paper on the pie crust, fill it with beans, bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, reduce to 160 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes, bake until the pie crust changes color and the bottom becomes hard, take it out and let cool;

Pour the mashed apples into the pie crust about 6 minutes full, arrange the apple slices in a circular overlapping manner, put in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes, and then put in the 175 degree oven and bake for 25 minutes until the apples are soft.
Tips:
The thickness of the pie crust can also be controlled between 0.2-0.5cm according to personal preference. It will be harder after being thinner and baked.
