Fragrant Braised Pork Rice

Cut the pork belly into small square pieces, and cut the shiitake mushrooms into small pieces; chop the green onion, ginger, and garlic for later use.

Shred the purple shallots and fry the shallots in a pan with oil and low heat. Fry into yellow onion crisps, remove the onion crisps and let cool and cut into small pieces.

Don't put oil in the pan, fry the pork belly on a low fire to get the fat, pour the diced mushrooms and stir fry.

Pour in the green onion, ginger and garlic, stir fry, and pour in the cooking wine.

Add the dark soy sauce and chopped red onion crisps.

Add rock sugar, stir fry over low heat, and pour in hot water.

Put star anise and hard-boiled eggs. If you like to eat soft waxy ones, add more water and simmer for 1 hour to 1 hour and a half.

Boil the cooked rapeseed in another pot with salted water, serve the rice, put the rapeseed and marinated eggs, dig a tablespoon of marinated meat, and start eating!
