Fragrant Marinated Middle Wings

Ingredients: Chinese fin (washed), ginger slices, dried chili, cinnamon, aniseed, rock sugar

Put the cleaned mid-wing on the chopping board and make a few cuts.

Add cinnamon, aniseed and dried chili.
