Fragrant Soft Glutinous White Rice

Scoop out an appropriate amount of rice in the inner pot of the rice cooker, usually 1 scoop for 2 people. Add water, no rice.

Repeatedly rub, squeeze, and wash with your fingers in water. Then drain the water and block it with your hand to prevent the rice from falling out.

Continue to add water until it reaches the section where the rice has not been reached. Press it with your hands until the water has almost covered all the fingers. If there is more, pour out some. As shown in the figure.

Put the inner pot into the rice cooker/pressure cooker and press the "rice" button.

A bowl of well-defined, plump and even white rice is out of the pot, let’s eat together!
Tips:
1. The amount of rice is a scoop and a half for 2 people. If you have a large amount of rice, you can increase it according to this ratio.
2. Because rice has a high nutrient content, I personally think that washing once is enough. If you wash more, the nutrition will be lost easily!
3. Some rice cookers/pressure cookers have 3 choices. The fragrance is more Q-bomb, and the moisture is normal. The strong fragrance will cook for a longer time, and it will be more mature and soft. Come according to your needs.
4. You can also wash and soak the rice for half an hour to 1 hour in advance, and then turn on the power to cook. The rice will be fuller.
