French Fries

Wash the potatoes and peel them.

Cut thick slices first.

Cut thick strips again.

Wash the surface starch of the potato strips with cold water.

Add a pinch of salt.

Stir evenly, cover with plastic wrap, and marinate for about 20 minutes.

Pickled until the potato chips are soft and water overflows. it is necessary.

After rinsing with clean water, put it in a colander and drain the water.

Tips:
1. After pickling, rinse with water to reduce salt.
2. The fried fries can be paired with tomato sauce, or you can taste the original fries directly.
3. Cover the French fries when pickling them to prevent oxidation and blackening.
