French Fries
1.
Peel the potatoes and cut into long strips. Soak in cold water for 2 minutes and change the water twice to wash off the starch on the surface.
2.
Put the prepared potato chips into boiling water, add a teaspoon of salt, cover the pot and cook for about 3 minutes.
3.
Then pick it up and place it in the drain pan to dry the water. In this way, no oil will be splashed when frying. It's a pity to dry the water-dried French fries in a fresh-keeping bag, put the quick-frozen layer, and fry it when you need it!
4.
Put the oil in the pan, and when the oil temperature is about 60 degrees, put the French fries into the pan
5.
Fry until golden, scoop it up!
6.
Put it on a plate, sprinkle with a little salt, and squeeze a plate of tomato sauce. Eat it while it's hot, the outside is burnt and the inside is tender! Beautiful!
