French Fries

Wash and peel potatoes

Tips:
1. When cooking French fries, do not overcook them, cook them until they are 5 mature, because there will be a frying process in the later stage;
2. During the first frying, the oil temperature should not be too high, just keep it at 7-8% heat;
3. It is best to re-fry it once, so that the fries will be much more crispy, and there will be no oiliness.
