French Fries

Peel the potatoes and set aside

Cut into even strips thick with little fingers, soak in clean water

Add appropriate amount of salt to the water and soak for about half an hour

Cook the French fries, just change the color slightly, don’t cook them badly

Remove and dry

Coated with a thin layer of starch

When the oil temperature is 6 or 70% hot, put it in the fry

Remove the color slightly
9.
Re-fry when the oil temperature is 80% hot, and it will be golden yellow.
10.
Sprinkle a small amount of salt and stir evenly
Tips:
When boiling, the water can be taken out. Don't cook for too long, or it will be boiled.
